Privacy Policy

Overview

SubTrack (https://subtrackers.vercel.app) helps you track recurring subscriptions. This policy covers the SubTrack website and the SubTrack Chrome extension.

Account data

When you create an account we store information you provide such as email address, name, preferences (for example base currency and theme), and workspace membership. Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Subscription data

We store subscription details you add or confirm, including service name, amount, currency, billing cycle, renewal dates, notes, categories, payment-method labels you create, and optional source page URLs from the extension.

Chrome extension

The extension’s single purpose is to help you save subscription details into your SubTrack account from checkout and payment pages. On matching pages it may read visible page text needed to suggest a subscription (such as plan name and price). It does not collect card numbers, CVV, banking passwords, or keystrokes. Suggested details are sent to SubTrack only after you connect your account and when a subscription is tracked or confirmed.

The extension stores a session token locally in Chrome storage so it can call SubTrack APIs on your behalf after one-time account pairing.

How we use data

We use your data only to provide SubTrack features: authentication, subscription tracking, reports, reminders, and account settings. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for creditworthiness or lending decisions.

Sharing

We use service providers needed to run the product (for example hosting and database providers such as Vercel and Supabase). They process data only to provide those services.
